Elysian360 Studio & Academy – Terms of Use (Online Courses)

1. Terms
By accessing and enrolling in any online course offered by Elysian360 Studio & Academy (“Elysian360”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing or enrolling in Elysian360 courses. All course materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access or download materials from Elysian360’s online courses for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. You may not:

Once you enroll in a course, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with content, inability to complete the course, or change of mind. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
